I was slightly weary at the beginning only because I live a fair distance from the guys in Harrow and makes me nervous travelling over an hour and a half away to somewhere that you don’t know. I was on the look-out for a replacement for my 02 Fiat Punto which had been a good little runner for many years. Wealdstone offered a black 63 plate Punto 1.4 with a decent set of alloys in mint condition at just under £5K - a good price, I thought, especially as it had only 24,000 on the clock. I was not disappointed; the car looked even better than it did in the pics and there was no problem with taking it for a test drive. The father and son team who run the place were also very helpful and courteous, so it was an easy decision. Three days later, I drove it home - they completed all the paperwork - excellent level of service.

Buying a car from a trade seller having seen the sale of a car posted on the internet, can lead to disappointment when actually seeing the car and then getting the hard sell. This was certainly not the case here however.

Both Greg, who I had most dealings with and his father John simply let the particular car that I was interested sell itself to me. There was no hard sell, but equally Greg was readily on hand to answer questions and show me documents.

The car completely mirrored what was on the advert and I am now the proud owner of it. Help was also readily at hand to help me dispose of my old car and get unused road tax refunded.

All in all a pleasurable and stress free experience.

The previous one owner only market that Wealdstone Motor Sales Ltd specialise in appeals to me. I do not change either of my cars very often, but when I do, I know where to look first for my next one!
